The Lord’s House of Refuge has organized an event to bridge the gap with leaders and members of the community. We joined the Lord’s House of Refuge on August 20th. We were able to meet over 50 people, where we talked to them about who we are and what we do, we offered our assistance and listened to real familes about real issues going on in the community. We also had onsite self-blood pressure readings and had participants sign up for a Red Cross blood donation drive and sign-ups for a fire prevention workshop with the local firestation.
The actual event was three days of resources, support, healing, and deliverance. Counselors and vendors will be onsite daily. All are welcome! Thank you to the Lord’s House of Refuge for organizing this event with their partners! The Lord’s House of Refuge is a place where one can be restored, equipped, and empowered with the word of God.
